New Freebies – Short Cut Widget and Old Post Dates
Just wanted to quickly announce two new plugins in our Freebies section and ready for download right now!
Shortcode Widget
Is your design not widget enabled? Perhaps you wanted a bit more flexibility then this is the perfect plugin, it adds 3 new “sidebars” to widgets but instead of being called in your theme you can call them directly in your posts using short codes.
Old post dates
Sometimes people look at older posts as having less value and at times this might be true but its still worth removing this preconception by just not telling them how old the post is! Old post dates removes the date information from posts and comments over a certain number days. While to be totally effective you need to modify your template and not use dates in permalinks its a great start to temporal freedom!
