Your Members – Activation Issues

Apologise to those who have not purchased Your Members single license version please disregard this email we will be moving mailing systems so as to not have this problem in future.

A bug has crept into the activation system and it needs fixing, users are reporting that when they try to reactivate on the same domain they are being informed there license has expired people are understandably upset and think its rather unfair that they should pay again. We agree :)

To be clear you are free to reactivate your copy of Your Members as many times as you like on a single domain if you do receive this error please email support@venture-skills.co.uk and we will clear your account.

However at 9.30am BST (GMT+1) on Sunday the 7th of September we will be performing an update to the activation system it will take no more then an hour. During this time activation will not be possible once the upgrade is complete the bug should be cured along with putting the framework in place for a more automated process for moving, deleting and transferring of licenses without reliance on us.
